Returns Policy
Payment: All invoices must be paid in full before delivery. Unless approved by Sweet Dreams (SD), delivery must be accepted within 30 days of furniture arrival or the order may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited. For partial deliveries, the balance for delivered items is due before delivery.
Warranty: Damage from customer use is not covered under warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply, with SD assisting as a facilitator when possible.
Delivery: SD provides standard delivery and setup for a fee. Customers are responsible for additional costs if normal delivery is not possible. Driveways and pathways must be clear, and homes must have a clear route for delivery. Remove valuables from walls and stairways. Customers are responsible for ensuring items fit through doorways and into the desired location. Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Custom Orders: Layaway cancellations are for in-store credit only and must occur before order placement which occurs when 50% of the balance is paid. Custom orders cannot be canceled, and deposits are forfeited if not accepted. Manufacturing dates are estimates, and SD is not responsible for delays.
Floor Models: Discounted floor models are final, sold as-is, and non-returnable. Customers must inspect floor models before purchase. Cancellation of regularly priced floor models before delivery results in in-store credit if done within 7 days of purchase. Returning a regularly priced floor model after delivery requires managerial approval within 3 days and may incur up to a 25% restocking fee.
Online Orders & Returns: All online orders are considered custom orders and are therefore non-cancellable and non-returnable.
